Where you'll sleep

Simple, clean stays close to nature.

All overnight stays include dinner, breakfast, lunch, evening tea, pool access and all activities. Check-in 6:00 PM · Check-out 4:00 PM next day.

Dormitory

For groups and families.

Four spacious dormitory rooms, each accommodating 8–10 people. Attached western bathroom, double bed plus extra mattresses, and clean surroundings.

Ideal for friend groups, school outings, and extended families who want to stay together under one roof.

Family Cottage

A home in the farm.

The family cottage comfortably sleeps between 4 and 7 adults. Quieter and more private than the dormitory, it is ideal for families with young children or couples looking for a bit more space.

Poolside Cottage

Wake up beside the water.

Our largest and most popular cottage, positioned right next to the pool. Accommodates between 6 and 8 adults, great for a group that wants to make the most of the outdoor space.

Tent Stay

Sleep under the stars.

For the adventurous, a tent stay is the most immersive way to experience the farm. Wake up to birdsong, open sky, and fresh farm air. Tents are equipped with mattresses, pillows and blankets.

Food

Home-cooked, not hotel-cooked.

Our meals are Maharashtrian buffet (veg, non-veg, and Jain options) served fresh. This is the kind of food that takes hours to prepare and tastes like it.

Non-veg includes broiler chicken (dry and gravy). On demand: barbecue chicken, mutton, and gavran chicken, all available per kilogram with advance notice.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the premises.

What we provide.

Swimming Pool

Clean, well-maintained open-air pool. Common changing rooms and washrooms are available for day visitors and overnight guests.

Changing Rooms

Dedicated changing rooms and washrooms adjacent to the pool, available to all guests throughout the day.

Open Grounds

Two acres of open ground for cricket, football, volleyball and badminton, enough space for large groups to spread out.
